Ice Cream Cone Nail Design

Hello guys! How are you today? I'm here to show you how you can recreate this adorable ice cream cone nail design which was inspired by MissJenFabulous on Youtube! I think that this nail design is perfect for the last few weeks of summer.
Products Used
  • CND Stickey Base Coat
  • Essie Cute as a Button
  • Essie Blossom Dandy
  • Essie Chinchily
  • Sally Hansen Gold Grade
  • Sally Hansen Pinch of Punch
  • Rimmel London Major Brown
  • Zoya Malia
  • OPI Alpine Snow
  • China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasty
  • Toothpick
  • Extra Small Dotting Tool
  • Medium Dotting Tool
  • HK Girl Top Coat

First off paint your thumb and pinkie a bubblegum pink color, paint your pointer and ring fingers white and lastly paint your middle finger a gold glitter.

The white nails will be the ones that have to ice cream cone design on it. Take your extra small dotting tool and make two brown triangle shapes.

I chose a bubblegum pink, mint blue, and coral color for the scoops of ice cream. I then took those colors and dotted them on top of my cone with the medium dotting tool. With your toothpick and a tan polish outline your cone and make a criss-cross pattern.

On my thumb and pinkie I did a mash up of different colored dots with my medium dotting tool.

On my middle finger I just painted the nail with a gold glitter.

4th Of July Nail Design

Hey guys! Happy 4th of July to all of my American readers! Today I will be showing you the nails that I created for the 4th.

Products Used
  • CND Stickey Base Coat
  • OPI Alpine Snow
  • Sally Hansen Pacific Blue (Original)
  • Sephora by OPI High Maintenance
  • Revlon Silver Dollar
  • Color Madic Stripers in White and Red
  • Small Dotting Tool
  • Extra Small Dotting Tool
  • HK Girl Top Coat

I have High Maintenance on my thumb and pinky fingers. Alpine Snow on my pointer and ring fingers. And Pacific Blue on my middle finger.

To start off the American Flag design I did two coats of Alpine Snow. I then took the brush of the red polish and made a triangle shape. After that was complete I took my white striper and made three horizontal lines for the stripes on the flag.

I then took my blue polish and made a triangle on the other side overlapping the red just a little bit.

On top of the blue I used my very small dotting tool and white polish to create the stars on the flag by dotting on polka dots.

On my pinky, middle, and thumb fingers I created flowers. I made simple white five petal flowers and placed a blue dot for their center.

Around the flowers I used a silver polish and a very small dotting tool and put dots.

This is what I did on my middle finger which is just a different variation to what I did on my thumb and pinky.

Now you have a super cute yet simple 4th of July mani!

~Hope you liked this design!~

Summer Flower Nail Design

Hi guys! Summer vacation is finally here for me! Yay! Today I have a super easy and cute flower nail design.
First off I painted my nails with two coats of Sally Hansen Mint Sorbet.

Once that was dry I took a small dotting tool and made five petal flowers all over each of my nails. I used OPI Alpine Snow for the white flowers.

After that I took a toothpick and black polish and placed two to three dots inside the white flower. I used Rimmel London Hot Black to Go.

And there you have it! So simple but so cute! I really love this nail design.

~Have a fabulous day!~

Disney Inspired Nail Design

Hi guys! I can not believe that it is already June! Anyways I am here to show you how I created my Disney Inspired Nails! One of my friend's recommended that I do this design after she found it on Pinterest.

Products Used:
  • CND Stickey Base Coat
  • Pure Ice Studette
  • Essie Jump in my Jumpsuit
  • Rimmel London Hot Black To Go
  • Revlon Black Star
  • OPI Alpine Snow
  • Konad Stamping Plate in M3
  • Konad Special Nail Polish in White
  • Konad Top Coat
  • Large and small dotting tools
  • HK Girl Top Coat
I started off by painting my nails with two coats of each polish.

On the gold glitter nails I made a little Mickey face. I used a black polish and and the large dotting tool first to make Mickey's face. Then I used the small dotting tool and made two little dots of each side of the big one for his ears.

On my ring finger I first off painted it with two coats of black polish. After that was dry, I made a line across a little below the middle of the nail with red polish. Then I filled that in. If your line is not as crisp as mine is I would recommend using a black striper brush and just go along the top edge of your red and make a line.

Once the red polish is dry I took my white polish on a large dotting tool and made two big dots.

On the pointer finger I just created some simple polka dots with my white polish and the large dotting tool.

On my pinky nail I wanted some stars but I knew that I couldn't draw them myself so I took out my Konad Nail Art Stamping Plates. You can find these on eBay, Amazon or the Konad website. For the stars I used image plate M3. These are a really great tool for nail art beginners because all you have to do is pick out an image plate and stamp it onto your nail. It takes a little practice but once you have it down, they are extremely simple and easy.

Glisten and Glow HK Girl Top Coat Review

Hello guys! I hope your day has been fabulous so far! I have a review on the Glisten and Glow HK Girl Top Coat. Sorry it has taken me so long to do this but better late than never right?

Okay let us jump straight into this review with the price and where to buy it. You can only buy it online from Glisten & Glow and for the 4 oz refill bottle and the 0.5 oz bottle it costs $55.95. That for me is less than buying each top coat separately at the drugstore. So more me, this is a really reasonable price.

PROS:
  • Dries very quickly
  • Super shiny
  • Doesn't smear nail art
  • Good price
CONS:
  • Strong toxic smell
  • Terrible for toes - Stains your nail polish color with a black film that doesn't come off unless you use polish remover

*What is on my nails in the picture? ......... It's the limited edition Nails Inc Victoria Beckham polish in Bamboo White. I have a review on that polish if you would like to check it out!*

~Hope this was helpful for you!~

Nails Inc Victoria Beckham Bamboo White Nail Polish Review

Hey guys! I have a review for you today on the Nails Inc Victoria Beckham Bamboo White Nail Polish. This is one of the most hyped up products out there right now so if you want to hear my thoughts on this nail polish, keep on reading!

First off let's begin with the price. I never thought that I would spend $25 on a nail polish but it ended up happening! I am really excited that I now have this beauty in my possession. Also it was the last one left in my Sephora.

Personally I think that the packaging is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary! A single nail polish does not need such a huge box. I am 100% sure that I will find a great use for this box though.

The packaging on the nail polish itself is very sleek and luxurious. The part of the bottle with the logo is nice and matte as for the top has more of a luster finish. The cap that you remove is weighted. Overall, I love the way that the bottle looks!

This just is a shot of the nail polish and the front of the box.

This is just a side view of the polish so you are able to see the stunning color.

Here is a closer shot of the front of the bottle.

Here is a shot of the back side of the bottle. It is 0.47 fl. oz.

I adore this brush so much! It makes the application process for this nail polish to be so easy and quick. The brush is very flat but wide which is exactly what I love.
The whole application process was smooth and easy. But make sure to keep in mind that the first coat might be streaky, don't freak out! Once you apply the second coat everything smooths itself out leaving you with this beautiful, pinky natural nude color.

RECOMMEND? Absolutely recommend! If you have been on the hunt for the perfect nude pink polish like I was, this is the color for you. I think that this color will look good on any skin tone; lightest to darkest. I think that $25 is a lot for just a single bottle of polish but for me it's totally worth it. Like I said before, I did get the last one at my Sephora and there are not any around me within an 100 mile radius, so if you do find it pick it up! I have a feeling that if you don't get it now people are going to sell it on eBay for a lot more money since it is limited edition!

*UPDATE* Unfortunately my positive thoughts have changed about this nail polish. I do enjoy the color but the lasting power is horrible. My nails chipped the day after I painted them. It is no longer worth the $25 price tag.

~Hope you found this helpful!~

Daisy Nails Tutorial

Hello guys! How is your day going? Today is going to be an adorable daisy tutorial.

     Products Used:
  • CND Stickey Base Coat
  • Essie Blossom Dandy
  • Revlon Silver Dollar
  • Sephora by OPI Flurry Up
  • Zoya Pippa
  • Craft Smart Acrylic Paint in White
  • Nail Art Brush
  • Small Dotting Tool
  • HK Girl Top Coat
To begin, paint all of your nails except your ring finger a robins egg blue. On your ring finger paint your nails with one coat of a silver and two coats of a silver glitter.

Take your white acrylic paint and your nail brush and make a "t" shape.

Still using the acrylic paint, in between the "t" shape make petals.

Take your yellow polish and a small dotting tool to create the center of your daisy.

On my pinky finger and pointer finger I just made dots. Super self explanatory.

And that is your completed manicure! A very simple and easy design!
